CWL #3: LUSH Products

I cannot emphasize more how much I love LUSH Fresh Handmade products. They're fresh (okay, sorry about the redundancy), environmentally mindful, and they smell delushious! Truth be told, I was hooked thanks to my friend Katherine (who is awesome and you should check out her blog/s and Etsy site: etsy.com/shop/katherinekiyoko). They have wonderful holiday themed beauty goods, too, such as "bath bombs" (fizzy, silky, smell-goody fizz bombs) in the scent of gingerbread cookies. But I like to keep things simple and stick to classics like lavender and Shea butter scented goods. (:

Christmas Wish List (CWL) #1

The holiday season has finally arrived. To me, this means ugly Christmas sweater parties, birthday month (mine, my friends', relatives, and boyfriend's birthdays are all in December!), sappy Christmas movies, jolly music 24/7, and layering. As stressful as it can be, working and shopping for gifts, it still manages to be magical. Although I'm all about getting things for others during the season, I usually find a moment, okay more than a few moments to post some wishlist things for me (you know, since there are so many opportunities to buy gifts for me). And it's also to perhaps inspire you for gifts for your sisters, friends, and girlfriends.

So, we've (and by we've I mean myself because Nicholas is in the Philippines still, ugh) set our sights on one Ivy Ridge that a) has decently price parking and in a garage, and b) accepts pets. Those were top on the list, as well as being relatively close to campus and it is! It is also on the pricier side of our rent range, but I think the amenities and perks are worth the little extra. Hopefully, the landlord responds to my second e-mail about seeing some of the studios and one bedrooms this week, so we can finally get going once Nick gets home. I'm so ready for this last and final year of my undergraduate studies as well as being in Seattle with all my friends. Plus, I get to decorate my own living space for once! Fucking finally. Here are a few things that make me salivate in anticipation of moving in...
