CWL #3: LUSH Products

I cannot emphasize more how much I love LUSH Fresh Handmade products. They're fresh (okay, sorry about the redundancy), environmentally mindful, and they smell delushious! Truth be told, I was hooked thanks to my friend Katherine (who is awesome and you should check out her blog/s and Etsy site: etsy.com/shop/katherinekiyoko). They have wonderful holiday themed beauty goods, too, such as "bath bombs" (fizzy, silky, smell-goody fizz bombs) in the scent of gingerbread cookies. But I like to keep things simple and stick to classics like lavender and Shea butter scented goods. (:

The one time the phrase "Dream Cream" isn't inappropriate (or is it?).

Christmas Wish List (CWL) #1

The holiday season has finally arrived. To me, this means ugly Christmas sweater parties, birthday month (mine, my friends', relatives, and boyfriend's birthdays are all in December!), sappy Christmas movies, jolly music 24/7, and layering. As stressful as it can be, working and shopping for gifts, it still manages to be magical. Although I'm all about getting things for others during the season, I usually find a moment, okay more than a few moments to post some wishlist things for me (you know, since there are so many opportunities to buy gifts for me). And it's also to perhaps inspire you for gifts for your sisters, friends, and girlfriends.

For coffee-lovers like me,

The Italian Roast Mug from Starbucks.

Christmas Wish List

I don't want much for Christmas...

A new camera. Honestly, anything is better than my shit camera I have now, a Kodak BlurryShit 520.
A Holga or Diana + would be nice, something artsy...
Like this Holga CFN 120 in Red, $75. Not badly priced.

Or the Diana Mini w/ or w/o flash, although it's more pricey at $90-105. (Lomography)

I'd also like a bicycle. I think it's definitely time to invest in one. I could get all over campus so fast, and to work too (minus that fuckin' hill...) Something used would be absolutely fine, better actually. Some specs - in Seattle, you need shifting gears. It's a must. Something Italian and vintage-y would be awesome. If I'm going to ride around, it should be practical aaaand stylish, no?

More to come. Probably.

EDIT I: Music
Sleigh Bells (I like it pretty raunchy.)
Broken Social Scene
Heart (yeah, I'm eighties like that.)
Arcade Fire
MGMT (the new one; music for tripping acid.)
Hole (for the times I don't like myself very much.)
Katy Perry

Edit II @ 7:53 11/26_____________
Modcloth Wishlist
Lush goods
